Kidepo Valley National Park

Kidepo Valley National Park is Uganda’s most remote, wild safari gem, known for its stunning, untouched savanna, dramatic mountain backdrops, and rich biodiversity, offering a rare, authentic African wilderness experience far from crowds, boasting diverse wildlife like lions, cheetahs, elephants, unique birds (ostriches), and cultural encounters with the IK people. Located in the far northeast border with South Sudan and Kenya, it features the fertile Narus Valley and seasonal Kidepo River, with the Narus Valley being prime for game viewing, especially during the dry season (Sept-Mar) when animals gather at shrinking water sources.
