After breakfast, depart Nairobi and drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley to Masai Mara National Reserve. Arrive at Masai Mara Sopa Lodge for lunch, then relax before your first afternoon game drive. Explore the Mara’s vast plains, home to the Big Five—lions, elephants, leopards, buffalo, and rhinos—as well as giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and other plains game. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Begin the day with an early morning game drive at sunrise, witnessing wildlife activity across the Mara’s untouched savannah. Travel with your expert guide to spot lions, elephants, cheetahs, and other animals in their natural habitat. Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch by the Mara River, where hippos and crocodiles can often be seen. Continue your afternoon game drive before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out and drive approximately three hours to Lake Naivasha. Upon arrival, check into Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort and relax. Optional boat rides on the lake are available, providing opportunities to view hippos, fish eagles, and other bird species. Spend the evening enjoying the tranquil lakeside setting with dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out and head to Hell’s Gate National Park, known for its dramatic cliffs, gorges, volcanic formations, and abundant wildlife. Enjoy scenic walking, cycling, or optional rock climbing as you explore Fischer’s Tower, Central Tower, and the Hobley and Olkaria extinct volcanoes with their natural steam vents. Observe wildlife including buffalo, giraffes, elands, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and over 100 bird species. After the adventure, return to Nairobi, arriving at your hotel or the airport to conclude your safari.
