It is home to elephants, lions, hippos, buffaloes, leopards, antelopes, and the famous tree-climbing lions of Ishasha.

Transfer from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Lunch stop in Fort Portal along the way. Arrive at the park and check in.
Early Morning Game Drive (possibly including Lion Tracking). The park’s diverse ecosystem is home to buffaloes, elephants, lions, and other wildlife. Afternoon Launch Cruise on the Kazinga Channel—a magnet for water birds, hippos, crocodiles, and animals bathing at the water’s edge.
Morning check-out. Visit the Katwe Salt Lake to observe the traditional salt mining process. Depart from the park for Kampala.
