That’s why we’ve entrusted the culinary leadership to Belgian chef Axel Janssens. Our goal is to deliver the finest outdoor cooking cuisine in East Africa. To achieve this, we’ve crafted a life-sized elephant-sculpted barbecue with smoke ovens and designed an open kitchen catering to diverse dietary preferences.

During our day trips, savour on-the-spot lunches prepared by our mobile chef using our custom-designed kitchen trailer. If your stay is limited to an overnight experience, we ensure you receive high-quality food through our specially curated lunchboxes.
