Kitela Lodge rises on the hillside of a valley with beautiful views of a coffee plantation and a waterfall within the incredible highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. It comprises 20 colonial-style cottages surrounded by beautiful gardens, a coffee plantation, and a working farm.

This exclusive hotel is set in a majestic haven of peace and comfort, with all the attention and luxury of a traditional country villa. The spa’s massage area and swimming pool perfectly contrast the intense excursions and safaris from the lodge to the Ngorongoro area.

Massages

After a day on a game drive, pamper yourself with a relaxing and rejuvenating massage. You can choose between a one-hour and thirty-minute body massage, a head massage, a manicure, or a pedicure.

Walk around the farm + coffee plantation

In the afternoon, there will be a guided walk around the farm and the vegetable garden, an opportunity to see how an organic farm works.

Chalet-type bedrooms are situated at ground level and have a private terrace or balcony overlooking the gardens and/or coffee plantation. They are ample and comfortable. Rooms have a double bed or two single beds. The bathrooms have a bathtub and shower. The family room consists of two rooms with a connecting door.
