The ‘Night Game Drives’ are organized in Tarangire National Park and Lake Manyara National Park, both ideal locations due to their diverse ecosystems. The lake, rift valley cliffs, groundwater forest, Ngorongoro highlands, and the dry Tarangire system are nearby, making the region a melting pot of various kinds of animals and vegetation.
During a ‘Night Game Drive,’ watch for genets, civet cats, porcupines, and enormous hippos grazing under shady trees. If you’re lucky, you might even spot a lion or leopard!
Beyond the wildlife, you can also enjoy the beautiful and mysterious experience of moonlight on the savanna grass or the lake’s reflection.
The night game drive will commence at 8 p.m. as the sun sets and evening embraces the landscape.
