Based on a standard Kenya safari structure, this itinerary provides an estimated schedule for your trip from Nairobi to Mara Intrepids Camp

Itinerary:
Day 1: Travel to Mara Intrepids Camp
- Morning: You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel, and either drive to the Maasai Mara
- Driving: The journey takes approximately 5–6 hours. The scenic drive includes a stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint.
- Afternoon: Arrive at Mara Intrepids Camp and enjoy lunch.
- Late afternoon: Depart for your first game drive in the Maasai Mara National Reserve.
- Evening: Return to camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2-4: Maasai Mara Exploration
- Your days will revolve around game drives, an excellent opportunity to spot the “Big Five”—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. Mara Intrepids offers three game drives daily, including early morning, mid-morning, and late afternoon trips.
- Other available activities:
- Hot-air balloon safari: Watch the sunrise over the plains from a balloon, followed by a champagne breakfast.
- Guided walking safari: A short bushwalk for a different perspective on the wildlife.
- Bush meals: Special breakfast or dinner served in the park.
- Evening: Enjoy dinner and Maasai-led entertainment at the camp.
Day 5: Maasai Habitat
- Morning: After breakfast, you will take a cultural trip to a nearby Maasai village, or manyatta.
- Activities in the village: This visit provides an opportunity to interact with the local Maasai community and learn about their traditional lifestyle, culture, customs, and unique homes. The camp supports local community development projects.
- Afternoon: Return to the camp for lunch and an afternoon of relaxation.
- Evening: Farewell dinner and overnight stay at Mara Intrepids Camp.
Day 6: Return to Nairobi Airport
- Morning: Enjoy one final early morning game drive after breakfast at the camp.
- Afternoon: On arrival in Nairobi, you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) for your onward flight.
