Lemala Ndutu is nestled in the heart of the Ndutu region, a prime area for migration from December to March. This classic savannah landscape, characterized by flat, grassy plains, offers one of the best locations to witness the migration. Tens of thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles arrive in December to graze on the newly-watered grasslands. February marks the calving season, attracting predators, particularly the big cats.
With just nine luxurious tents, Lemala Ndutu provides an intimate experience, perched on the edge of a permanent marsh. It’s the perfect amphitheater for capturing the dramatic migration scenes.
Lemala Mara sets up camp in the Northern Serengeti between June and October, providing front-row access to the famous Mara River crossings. The location changes annually, ensuring guests experience the migration in the most pristine settings. Whether near the Mara River or farther away, the camp maintains a discreet distance from wildlife, allowing natural behavior to unfold.

In the Lemala Mara Camp, tents are furnished with two double beds, and each offers a luxurious experience with en-suite bathrooms, flush toilets, and safari-style showers. After a day of game drives, your safari shower will be filled with hot water to refresh you.
