The entire amount must be paid upon confirmation if the reservation is made within 15 days of departure.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through DPO. You will receive an invoice when you are ready to start the booking process with Great Image Expedition.
Payments and Protection:
We mainly receive payments online through DPO directly from our website. Wire transfers can also be made to our company bank accounts in Arusha Town, our sales office. All payments should be in US currency (USD). You can ensure your money is 100% protected by paying through DPO.
Fraud prevention:
Contact us if anything seems suspicious so we can help You protect yourself from fraudulent charges against your account. When you are ready to book your tour, you will receive an invoice to complete the booking process.
Our Safari Vehicles: Tanzania Safari Booking Terms
A four-wheel-drive (4WD) Toyota Land Cruiser. The maximum number of passengers is five per safari vehicle and six for extended safari vehicles, and every passenger is guaranteed a window seat.
Airline schedules may change, and flights may be delayed or canceled for various reasons, including bad weather, air traffic control delays, strikes, technical disruptions, network changes, and late inbound aircraft.
Accordingly, Great Image Expedition does not guarantee that the airline will be able to carry you and your baggage by the date and time of the flights specified in your booking and is not responsible for any flight changes/delays/cancellations. Please contact us immediately if anything changes on your departure date after application.
VISAS AND PASSPORT
The guest is responsible for ensuring their passports and visas are valid for their visiting nations. Most nationalities can obtain a tourist visa for $50 per person, or $100 per person for US citizens, at the border or airport upon arrival in Tanzania. The duration of this tourist visa is three months. Also, you can obtain your visa at the embassy in your nation of origin. Before travel, review the visa requirements. A passport’s validity should last at least six months from the last day of travel. We cannot be held liable for any visas, etc., not held by the guests, nor the cost of visas.
